🔕 Don't ring the bell, call instead

We've just launched a new feature where your customers can ask us to call them instead of ringing the bell! 🎉

Folks who are not able to hear the door bell when using headphones, or don't want to hear it while the baby is sleeping, can now tell us to call them on their phone instead.

This setting can be found on the shipment tracking page, under More delivery options > Don't ring the bell, call me.
