5 highlights from our biggest year yet
Yes, yes, yes β we know! The start of a new year should be about looking forward, BUT we can't leave 2024 behind that easily β because, honestly, it was quite the year.
Packing 12 months of startup life into one short(ish) blog post isn't really our style. Instead, here are five of our favourite highlights from one hell of a year.
But first, a quick moment to recognise the people who year-after-year make it all happen.

2025 is going to be nothing less than πππ
1) We raised our Series A
Early in 2024, we revealed that Packfleet had raised $10 million in Series A funding β a huge moment underpinning our plans for London and beyond!
The round was co-led by General Catalyst, an early Packfleet investor, and Voyager Ventures, a leading early-stage climate fund.
And that's not all β our CEO and Co-founder, Tristan Thomas, announced it all live on Sky News!
2) We hit the illusive perfect Trustpilot score
Unlike some of our fellow delivery companies (...), we're very happy to talk about our Trustpilot reviews.
For the longest time, our Trustpilot score has sat on a near perfect 4.9. And then, at some magical moment in 2024, something remarkable happened.
We hit the perfect 5/5 score! Yes, we completed Trustpilot πͺ
3) We enjoyed many memorable Recharge Days
In 2024, we turned the monthly Packfleet Community Day into Recharge Day (we explain why here).
But as the saying kind of goes, the real treasure was the memories we made along the way. In other words, the Recharge Days (and Community Days) that we enjoyed as a team throughout 2024 were the real highlights.
We went rockclimbing, attempted to make pottery, pretended to be F1 drivers, and much more!
4) We launched lots of new features!
We couldn't write this list without a very important nod to the big improvements we made to our product throughout 2024.
From our own in-house router to our mobile driver app, there's been a lot of change behind-the-scenes to make our delivery experience ever smoother and more efficient.
And notforgetting the upgrades we made in the open β including a carbon impact calculator for every Packfleet merchant.
5) We settled on our five Packfleet values
Building a business is one thing. Defining what that business stands for is a whole other beast.
So, back in May 2024, it was a pretty big moment when we finally landed on an answer we were proud to put into words. And not just one answer β five!
