Packfleet deliveries are now DHL!

Last week we announced to customers that Packfleet deliveries would be moving to DHL, and DHL would take over our customers and deliveries as they push to scale up their green deliveries in London. Our hundreds of customers can now access DHL’s premium service through their portal, both in London but also nationwide, and many of our brilliant drivers and warehouse team will be joining DHL as part of this transition.

We’ve worked closely with DHL over the last year as our main partner to provide nationwide deliveries and getting to know the team there over that time makes us confident they are the right people to carry our mission forward.

Part of this transition means we’ll be saying goodbye to Packfleet as a brand. Over the last four years, we’ve built a product and service that delighted hundreds of merchants and delivered literally millions of parcels in electric vehicles across London to happy recipients. A quick scan through our Trustpilot shows the positive impact we’ve had on millions of people’s lives and we’re so proud of paving the way for greener, more consumer-centric deliveries that still treated drivers and our wider team fairly.
