đź“Ł Packfleet now integrates with WooCommerce

We’re excited to launch our official integration with WooCommerce today! Merchants using WooCommerce can now connect to Packfleet using our official app and import their shipments in just a couple of clicks.

How do I set up WooCommerce?

To get started, open your Packfleet dashboard and go to the Add shipments screen. Click on “Connect apps to Packfleet” and then click “Connect WooCommerce”. Enter the address of your WooCommerce store and then you’ll be taken to install the app into your WooCommerce shop.

Once you’ve done that, we’ll automatically show your WooCommerce orders in your Packfleet dashboard so you can import them with just a click!

If you want tracking details synced back to WooCommerce and you have the official Shipment Tracking plugin installed in WooCommerce, you can then turn on “Update tracking info on automatic fulfillment” in your Packfleet account and we’ll automatically add the Packfleet tracking numbers to WooCommerce, as well as update the delivery status as the parcel moves through our system.

We also make it easy to work with other apps and couriers to serve areas that we don’t support just yet. Once you have configured the WooCommerce tags inside your Packfleet dashboard, we can automatically add tags to orders that we can deliver to and we will make sure that we don’t include any orders that don’t match what you have set up.

What about other platforms?

Alongside WooCommerce, we already support Shopify, Linnworks, Slerp and Vivino to integrate into your Packfleet account.

If you use another platform that you’d love to see us integrate with, please let us know. Our aim is to make your shipping process as quick and easy as humanly possible.
