📬 You can now disable Shopify’s notifications
Packfleet always notifies recipients during the shipping journey. We want them to have visibility and control at every stage so they can request changes of address or delivery day as soon as they need them.
What sometimes can be a bit confusing though is that Shopify also emails your recipients whenever there’s a status change which means your customers end up getting two different notifications about the exact same thing.
If you want to prevent that, well, you now can thanks to this new setting.
Find it in the Settings page alongside all the other Shopify controls.
